Important
Bring your original documents and also the copies
No copies will be made at the service venue.
- One copy of every document you hand in, in addition to the original.
- For a passport: a copy of your passport and a copy of your identity card.
- Fill in and print the forms listed below.
Forms to fill in before you come
There are two routes: fill it in here on the site, which works on a phone, or download the form and fill it in on a computer. Either way, print it and bring it on paper.
Consular registration
Consular registration is required for any consular service. Please fill in the form and hand it in when you are called by the consular officer.
Responsibility statement
For citizens who are minors, one of the parents must fill in and sign a statement of responsibility for the service requested.
